If you are like most people who forget at times their true value in Christ than this might be helpful: every day when you get up remind yourself, "He gave Himself for me". You have so much worth that he did this, because he loves you so deeply and passionately. During the day when you encounter struggles and doubts recall this truth. During your solitude time let this truth take root in you.
