Are you going through some spiritual dryness? Does it feel like Christ is far away from you? Is hopelessness and loneliness a daily companion?
When you place yourself before God and let your soul speak, then Christ will come and meet you there. Even though you might not feel anything, much is happening in the unseen world. Christ will come through for you. He will never let your down. He will honor your willingness to be in His presence. It will happen that life will be breathed back into your soul, that hope will gain room again, that a sparkle will twinkle in your eyes again. God is gentle and often slow, we just have to learn to be patient to wait on Him.
